Information We Gather Automatically While Using this Site
You can browse our site without entering any personal information. We do automatically collect and compile some anonymous information when you access our site. These "access logs" enable us to make our site more useful to you. The information automatically collected does not contain anything that can identify you personally, such as your e-mail address. In order to track your invitations online, you must complete a registration form. With the exception of your email address and password, all information requested is optional but it is encouraged so we may provide a more personalized and meaningful experience on our site.

The arts organization will use the information you provide with your permission in order to contact you about special offers they may make. Should you decide that you prefer that your information not be used for this purpose, you may notify us of your preference and we will honor your request. We want to provide you with the highest level of services possible, but only in ways you find helpful.
